Here I explain what personal data the souldecoded.com.ua website collects, why I need it and how I handle it. In short: I only collect what I can’t send you a book or a letter without, and I never sell your data to anyone.
Who is responsible for your data
The owner of the website and controller of your personal data is Olena Yankovska. For any questions about your data, write to me at letterspsyhology@gmail.com.
What data I collect
Book orders: name, phone number, city, number of copies and, optionally, email and the name to sign the book for.
Letter subscription: email.
Your answers in the website test are not sent or stored anywhere — only you see the result.
Why I need it
To process and deliver the book you ordered and to contact you about your order.
To send letters — only if you subscribed or ticked “I want to receive letters from Olena”.
To reply if you wrote to me.
I don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else sees your data
Only the services without which the website and delivery can’t work:
Framer — the platform the website runs on and through which form submissions arrive.
Delivery service — name, phone number and city, to deliver the book.
Each of them receives only what it needs for its part of the job.
How long I keep data
Order data — as long as needed to fulfil the order and keep sales records.
Email for letters — until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can:
find out what data I keep about you;
correct inaccurate data;
ask me to delete your data;
unsubscribe from letters at any time — in one click or by emailing me;
complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights if you believe your rights have been violated.

Cookie
The website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, so it doesn’t ask for your consent to them. I see visit statistics without cookies and without any data that could identify you.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
